<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accurately measuring temperature of a sample to be measured in a minute amount cell. <P>SOLUTION: Temperature in each cell (T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, T<SB POS="POST">2</SB>...) is made to change (S10). A spectrum is created for each temperature (S12). The main component score of the spectrum is calculated as specific values (A<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, A<SB POS="POST">2</SB>...) (S14, S16). The temperature in a capillary cell and the value of the score are plotted to create an analytical curve (S18). Temperature in a capillary holder (T<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, T<SB POS="POST">2</SB>...)is made to change (S20) and a spectrum is created for each temperature (S22). Specific values (A<SB POS="POST">1</SB>, A<SB POS="POST">2</SB>...) are calculated in the same procedure (S24) and the temperature in the capillary cell (T<SP POS="POST">0</SP><SB POS="POST">1</SB>, T<SP POS="POST">0</SP><SB POS="POST">2</SB>...) is acquired with the use of an analytical curve (analytical formula) (S26).
