<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems of the prior art and to easily incorporate a rotation control damper member in a latch lock. <P>SOLUTION: For the latch lock, the rotation control damper member whose braking force is different depending on a rotating direction is disposed inside a lock box. The rotation control damper member includes: a case fixed inside the lock box; a pinion gear fixed to the projected distal end part of a torque shaft of a rotor equipped inside the case and engaged with a gear part provided on the concentric circle of a shaft hole of a retractor; a blade for rotation control provided on the rotor; and a highly viscous substance filled in the case. When an operation member is returned to an initial position, the viscous resistance of the highly viscous substance to the blade for rotation control becomes larger than that when the operation member is operated in the direction of pulling back a latch bolt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
