<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary fitting for fixing a sleeve, which stably holds the sleeve S in a reinforcing fitting 10 for a concrete perforated beam and which reinforces an upside portion of a through-hole of the beam, susceptible to cracking. <P>SOLUTION: An auxiliary fitting for fixing a sleeve is used together with a reinforcing fitting 10 in which annular bars 11 and 12 are formed by bending metal rod bodies and in which a sleeve supporting bar 13 protruding upward into the annular bar so as to support the sleeve S disposed in the annular bar is formed. The auxiliary fitting includes a horizontal bar 1 which is formed by bending the one metal rod body in a rectangular shape, and a sleeve holding bar 2 which is fixed to the horizontal bar 1. The horizontal bar 1 is fixed to the annular bars 11 and 12 on the upside of the sleeve S, which is supported by the sleeve supporting bar 13 and disposed in the annular bar, so that a major axis can become almost horizontal along the diametrical direction of the sleeve S.
