摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing raw material for sintering, with which the strength of false particle, before sticking solid fuel-based powdery raw material or sticking lime stone-based powdery raw material and solid fuel-based powdery raw material, is improved and the productivity can be improved. <P>SOLUTION: The false particle 3 is pelletized by forming SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-containing layer 5 around a core ore 4 which is composed the iron-ore of rough-grain by mixing the iron-ore and the SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-containing raw material together with manufacturing water by using a drum-mixer 1, and successively, a high strength converter-slag coating layer 7 is formed on the surface of the SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-containing layer 5 by adding the powdery converter slag into the drum-mixer 1, and is pelletized into pelletized particles 8. Thereafter, when adding and mixing the lime stone-based powdery raw material and the solid fuel-based powdery raw material into the drum-mixer 1, the raw material 10 for sintering, obtained by a pelletizing process, is made to be a four-layer structure having the converter-slag coating layer 7 between the SiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>-containing layer 5 and a CaO-containing layer 9 and the incorporating amount of the lime stone-based powdery raw material and the solid fuel-based powdery raw material can be restrained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
