<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such the problem that the conventional method of detecting abnormal feeding cannot be applied to the device of a configuration such that a sheet bundle is fed from the lower side of stacked sheet bundles in order although the breakage of sheet or the abnormal feeding occurs when the sheet bundles stitched by a metallic clamping member such as staple and clip are fed. <P>SOLUTION: The movement of a metallic movable member due to deformation of the sheet caused in accordance with the abnormal feeding state of the sheet is detected by a metal detecting means which detects the staple, clip or the like of the sheet bundle and thereby, the abnormal feeding state of the sheet is indirectly detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
