<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following: since an opening for filling is not widely opened, it is too narrow for filling or discharging the content, and advantage of a wide opening degree in a gusset bag is not utilized. <P>SOLUTION: A side gusset bag is formed by inserting a gusset sheet 3 with a folding portion into both side parts of a flat bag made of a front sheet 1 and a rear sheet 2, A gusset sheet 5 except a gusset sheet portion 3 folded and inserted into both side parts of the front sheet 1 and the rear sheet 2, is thermally sealed on the front sheet 1 and the rear sheet. In a state in which the part of the sheet 5 is high in a thickness level, a zipper 6 is thermally sealed over the front sheet 1, the rear seat 2 and the gusset sheet 3 via on the sheet 5.
