The part has a seal members (13, 14) integrally formed with a plastic frame (10) and formed from a resilient material as the frame. The seal members are sectionally provided with a foamed core and an unfoamed outer layer. The frame has a groove in which the seal members are partially received. The seal members are formed from elastomer e.g. thermoplastic elastomer, and the frame is formed from hard flexible plastic. A conductive feedthrough (15) is integrally formed from the same material as the seal members.
