The lug (1) has a threaded section (4) extended radially opposite to a bolt shaft (2). A fuse element (6) is designed as a snug fit or a passport coil (5) provided to a shift backup by a bolt head (3) and another fuse element (8) designed as a knurling tool (7) provided to an anti-twist plate by the bolt shaft. The threaded section is provided by the bolt shaft. A recess is provided in an area of a knuckle in order to receive bolt head sections that have a larger diameter than that of a portion of the former fuse element.
