<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a port member of a superconducting acceleration cavity which is made compact as a whole, and manufacturing cost of which is reduced by improving work efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: A pickup port 23 of a superconducting acceleration cavity has one end which is joined by welding to a port 27 formed in a harmonic coupler 13 provided at the end of a cavity body, and the other end which is coupled by a flange to a pickup antenna 22. A port body 33 and a flange 35 are formed integrally of low purity niobium or a niobium alloy where components other than niobium is lower than a predetermined ratio, and a quick coupling 41 is used for flange coupling. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
