<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor device having higher reliability, and a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor device has a continuous first electrode, an insulation layer and a second electrode having many holes, a continuous organic semiconductor layer, and a continuous third electrode. The method of manufacturing the organic semiconductor element includes a step for forming the continuous first electrode on a substrate, a step for making charged fine particles adhere onto the first electrode while dispersing, a step for forming the insulation layer and the second electrode on the first electrode and the charged fine particles adhering thereto while dispersing, a step for removing the charged fine particles, a step for forming the continuous organic semiconductor layer, and a step for forming the third electrode on the organic semiconductor layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
