<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip that allows a nut to be stably fastened to a panel or other member to which components are attached, the clip being configured to allow the use of a commonly used nut. <P>SOLUTION: A clip 1 has a head 3 for accommodating a nut 2, and at least two legs 6L, 6R that are provided so as to protrude parallel to each other from the head and are inserted into an attachment hole 5 formed in a door panel 4. The head has a storage recessed part 11 into which the nut is inserted between the legs. The legs each have an elastic locking piece 21 that extends in the direction intersecting the insertion direction of the nut.
