<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform attachment/detachment work of a stopper body without using a tool, in a fork stopper device applied to a forklift carrying a handling object such as a container for restricting the insertion position of a fork. <P>SOLUTION: This fork stopper device includes: a stopper body 2 including a front piece and right and left side pieces 10 to be formed into a nearly U-shaped form in a plan view and fitted into a vertical piece 53 in the vicinity of a round part 52 of a fork 50 from the front side; a shock absorber 3 attached to the rear surface of the front piece thereof and abutting on the front face of the vertical piece 53 of the fork 50; a shaft body 4 rotatably and detachably installed between both the side pieces 10 of the stopper body 2 for preventing separation of the stopper body 2 from the vertical piece 53 of the fork 50; a tubular body 5 positioned between both the side pieces 10 of the stopper body 2 and externally fitted to the shaft body 4; a hook body 6 attached to one end of the shaft body 4 and rotatable around the axis of the shaft body 4; a reception body 7 arranged on the stopper body 2 for preventing coming-off of the shaft body 4 by engagement/disengagement of the hook body 6; and a rotation prevention means 8 to prevent the rotation of the shaft body 4 around the axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
