<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply managing electronic data used in common by conference participants. <P>SOLUTION: When object electronic data to be an object of printing includes conference identification information for identifying a reserved conference and opening time information representing an opening time of the conference, a computer compares the opening time with a time that indicates the printing of the object electronic data. When the time indicating the printing of the object electronic data is earlier than the opening time, the computer acquires an instruction showing whether to store the object electronic data in a storage area of the computer associated with the conference identification information.
