<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous roll to be used in a roll type laminating system, capable of preventing deformation of an optical film laminate, and to provide a method and a system for manufacturing a liquid crystal display element. <P>SOLUTION: Continuous rolls R1, R2 to be used in a roll type lamination system in an environment at a temperature of 23±5°C and 35 to 80% humidity are adjusted in such a manner that optical film laminates F1, F2 have a water content of 7.8 g or less per 1 m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>upon starting to draw the optical film laminates F1, F2. Thereby, deformation of the optical film laminates F1, F2 including a polarizing film due to increase in the water content of the films can be effectively prevented until the optical film laminates F1, F2 are entirely drawn out from the continuous rolls R1, R2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
