摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation image photographing device that can accurately detect a radiation ray by suppressing influence of noises even when noises occur due to disturbance factors. <P>SOLUTION: The radiation image photographing device includes, on an insulating substrate 1, a radiation ray detection sensor unit 103 that generates charges by receiving the radiation ray or light converted from the radiation ray, a D6 signal wiring 3 which is connected to the radiation ray detection sensor unit 103 and in which an electric signal according to the charges generated in the radiation ray detection sensor unit flows, and a D7 signal wiring 3 with a substantially same wiring pattern as a first wiring. The radiation ray is detected based on a difference between the electric signal flowing in the D6 signal wiring 3 and the electric signal flowing in the D7 signal wiring 3, or a difference between values of digital data respectively obtained by digital conversion of the electric signal flowing in the D6 signal wiring 3 and the electric signal flowing in the D7 signal wiring 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
