<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device, a positioning method, and a program for enhancing accuracy in acquiring tracks of a travel route including travel by vehicle and for suppressing power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: The positioning device includes: absolute position measurement means (15) measuring the present position; measurement means (16, 17) measuring the bearing and the movements of a user; determination means (21) determining, on the basis of the measurement result of the measurement means, the user's type of traveling or whether the user is at a stop; specification means (22) specifying user's traveling direction; travel speed calculation means (10) calculating the average travel speed by vehicle; and position calculation means (10) acquiring a traveling position by integrating, during traveling by vehicle, the travel distance in the traveling direction specified by the specification means at the average travel speed with reference position information acquired by the absolute position measurement means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
