<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger of small air pressure loss and large heat exchange rate. <P>SOLUTION: The heat exchanger includes flat tubes having a plurality of refrigerant circulation holes inside thereof, and fins fixed to flat faces of the flat tubes, and the flat tubes and the fins are alternately stacked.
