<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a toroidal coil without using a winding core, and to simplify a manufacturing process of the same. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing device 20 of a toroidal coil comprises a holder 21 for holding a ring core 13, a wire feeding device 31 for paying out a wire 14 parallel with an axis of the ring core to a near part of an outer periphery of the ring core, a first roller 42 for guiding which contacts with the wire near the ring core and before reaching the outer periphery of the ring core from an opposite side to the ring core, a second roller 43 for curving which curves the wire paid out and passing through the near part of the outer periphery of the ring core toward a center of the ring core, and a third roller 44 for leading which leads the wire curved by the second roller 43 for curving to be inserted in a center hole of the ring core. The wire paid out and passing through the near part of the outer periphery of the ring core is successively curved toward the center of the ring core, and the curved wire is continuously inserted in the center hole of the ring core, thereby spirally winding the wire around the ring core. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
