<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tip cover of an umbrella that mitigates injury when a tip of an umbrella hits a person on the face and that prevents the thread around the tip from coming loose. <P>SOLUTION: The tip cover A stores a tip E of an umbrella into a tip chamber E3 from between rear sides B2, B3 of the tip cover, clamps the upper and the lower face of an umbrella cloth H with the tip cover A and sticks it with glue or sewing. Thus, a degree of injury with a cylinder D when it hits a person on the face is made lighter than with the tip E directly.
