A method and device for reminding a mobile terminal of an incoming call are provided in the present invention, the method includes that: the mobile terminal confirms the attributes of the unsettled communication events, and the attributes include the number of the unsettled communication events and/or the grouping information of the contacts which the communication events belong to (101); according to the attributes, corresponding adjustment is performed to the preset reminding mode (102); and the user is prompted according to the adjusted reminding mode (103). A device for reminding the mobile terminal of an incoming call is also provided by the present invention, which includes an information collector, a central processing unit and an input/output device. By adopting the present invention, the probability of processing the unsettled communication events by the user can be increased when the mobile terminal works in the noisy environments. |
