An objective lens (30) has the maximum comatic aberration at a N-order comatic aberration (N is an odd number of 3 or more) among comatic aberrations generated by a relative positional deviation between the central axis of a first face (30a) defining one optical face of the objective lens (30) and the central axis of a second face (30b) opposing the first face (30a) and defining the other optical face of the objective lens (30), and has the maximum comatic aberration at a M-order comatic aberration (M is an odd number of 3 or more and is different from N) among comatic aberrations generated by a relative inclination between the central axis of the first face (30a) and the central axis of the second face (30b).
