<p>The toothed wheel (14), attached to a hub (3) and rotating around a central axle (2), is accommodated between two flanges (16) and surrounded by a ring gear (23). The two flanges (16) are joined with bolts (4) guided through openings (4a) in the flanges (16) as well as in the toothed wheel (14). The hub (3) is made of hardened steel, while the toothed gear (14) and the flanges (16) are made of a suitable plastic. The first flange (16) is provided with a specifically arranged multitude of bridges (30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36) in order to reinforce the lightweight item (16).</p> |
