PURPOSE: An apparatus for sealing the circumference of a rotary table at a drilling area is provided to prevent contaminants from flowing into a rotary table by completely sealing the circumference of the rotary table. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for sealing the circumference of a rotary table at a drilling area comprises a cover unit(110), a drain gutter(120), and a drain pipe(130). The cover unit is installed in the top end of a rotary table(10) and has an edge horizontally protruded. The cover part comprises a top cover(111) and an extension plate(112). The top cover is installed in the top end of the rotary table. The extension plate is installed around the top cover. The drain gutter is installed under the edge of the cover part around the rotary table. The drain pie is installed under the drain gutter to discharge oil, lubricating oil, and mud to the outside.
