摘要 The present disclosure relates to multichromophoric assemblies comprising metalloporphyrin scaffolds. In one embodiment, the multichromophoric assemblies described herein may constitute at least part of the active region of an organic photosensitive device, such as in the donor-acceptor heterojunction of an organic solar cell. The present disclosure also relates, in part, to methods for generating electric- field-stabilized geminate polaron pairs comprising applying electric fields to the multichromophoric assemblies described herein, or alternatively, directly to the metalloporphyrins provided by the present disclosure. The present disclosure further relates, in part, to multichromophoric assemblies comprising metalloporphyrin scaffolds, which exhibit enhanced energy transfer properties.
