<p>PURPOSE: A substrate for an organic electronic device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformly decentralize light by forming a diffraction particle into monolayer. CONSTITUTION: A diffraction layer is formed on a transparent substrate(10). The diffraction layer comprises a binder(21) and a diffraction particle(30) diffusing light. The average diameter of the diffraction particle is 0.01μm to 20μm. The diffraction particle is formed on a base material into a laminating structure of monolayer to below fifth floor. A flattering layer(22) capable of flattering surface curve is formed on the diffraction layer. A refractive index of the diffraction particle is 1.0 to 2.0. A refractive index of the flattering layer is 1.7 to 2.5.</p> |
