The present invention is related to the industry for manufacturing balanced feed for cattle. More particularly, the invention relates to the industry for producing balanced feed from natural resources. The invention consists in a process for obtaining flour from animal excreta for the manufacture of balanced feed, which is characterised in that it comprises, as one of the steps, integrating a composition of excreta with the following dry basis rates: Percentage of excreta: from about 35% of pig excreta, from about 35% of laying hen excreta, from about 28% of broiler excreta, also including a percentage of substances: from about 1% of calcium oxide (minimum 200 mesh granulometry), from about 250 gr of yellow iron colour indicator.
