PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a thin film type solar battery is provided to improve efficiency while reducing manufacturing costs by forming an uneven part in which size and shape are uniform on the surface of a transparent conductivity oxide by using a laser. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conducting oxide(210a) is formed on a substrate(200) which is divided into a plurality of cell regions(C). An uneven part is formed on the surface of the transparent conducting oxide by using a first laser. A first electrode is formed by patterning the transparent conducting oxide according to each cell region by using a second laser. A semiconductor material layer is formed on the first electrode. A contact line is formed by using a third laser in order to expose the first electrode. |
