PURPOSE: A performance evaluation device of a turbo refrigerator is provided to evaluate performance of the turbo refrigerator with high accuracy. CONSTITUTION: A performance evaluation device of a turbo refrigerator comprises an input unit(101), a data classification unit(102), a smoothing treatment unit(103), and an evaluation unit(104). The input unit inputs operation data for the turbo refrigerator. The data classification unit gets target data for evaluation from the operation data and classifies the target data to multiple groups based on predetermined classification condition. The smoothing treatment unit smoothes the target data with a predetermined algorithm in each group and gets evaluation target value. The evaluation unit evaluates each group using the evaluation target value, getting from the smoothing treatment unit, and evaluation reference value, calculating with the operation data.
