<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distillation method and apparatus for unrefined sake or soy with suppressed distillate of furfural. <P>SOLUTION: The distillation apparatus comprises the distillation part having a fermentation part for a fermentation liquid and a condensed liquid storage part communicated with the fermentation part and the distillation part has a back-flow prevention mechanism for preventing steam and/or the condensed liquid in the condensed liquid storage part from back-flow to the fermentation part. Since the steam and the condensed liquid generated in the condensed liquid storage part are prevented from back-flow to the fermentation part, the fermentation liquid in the fermentation part is decreased within a short time and the heating time can be shortened and accordingly, furfural generation can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
