<p>System for tuning digital television channels, which comprises a digital tuner (TM) suitable for demodulating an electromagnetic signal (EMS) for extracting from a transport stream (TS) an audio/video sub-stream (AVS) and a data sub-stream (DS), and comprises a processing module (PM) suitable for processing the data sub-stream (DS), which processing module (PM) retrieves from the data sub-stream (DS) information concerning logic localization indicators (PID) of television channels contained in the transport stream (TS) and creates a video image (VI) which contains a list of the television channels corresponding to said logic localization indicators (PID). The present invention also relates to a method which can be carried out by means of said system.</p> |
