PURPOSE: A gas frying machine is provided to keep heat transfer velocity constantly because diameters of three tubes are gradually decreased to keep flow velocity of combustion gas. CONSTITUTION: A gas frying machine(100) comprises an oil tank(110), first, second, and third tubes(120,121,122,123), a burner(150), and buffle plates. The first, second, and third tubes are installed in the lower part of the oil tank in order and communicated each other. The burner is fixed in the first tube. The buffle plates are installed in the second and third tubes. The diameters of the first, second, and third tubes are gradually decreased in order. |
