PURPOSE: A salt solid body is a plastically-formed solid salt body that can be used in a building interior material having enough intensity and generates anion which is useful to the body. CONSTITUTION: The baked salt is made by firstly braking the salt at 600~800 temperature degree in 6~8 hours(S1). The anion-emitting salt is made by adding anion-emitting material 1~3 weight per braked slat 100 weight(S3). The mixed salt is made by adding and stirring the phosphate 0.03~0.05 weight per anion-emitting salt 100 weight(S4). The shape of the salt is made by compressing/adding the mixed salt under 1.5~3 pressure in 400~600ton/cm^2(S5). And braking the salt solid body in 600~800°C for 2~4 hours(S6). After braking, the salt solid body is cooled. Whole or one part of the first braking salt is grinded. The combination salt is made by combining the salt which is not grinded and the grinded salt by weight ratio 20~40:60~80. The first braked salt is grinded into 160mesh and 200mesh. Mixing the 160mesh and 200mesh by weight ratio 3~5:1. |
