PURPOSE: An electronic controller of an electronic power steering device is provided to prevent errors generated due to noises while monitoring a neutral point voltage of a steering motor by secluding a noise inflow to a central point of the steering motor by a diode. CONSTITUTION: An electronic controller(10) of an electronic power steering device comprises a monitoring circuit(11), a MICOM(12), and a diode(13). The monitoring circuit periodically measures the neutral point(MS) voltage of the steering motor(M). The MICOM is electrically connected to the monitoring circuit. The MICOM receives the neutral point voltage measured by the monitoring circuit, thereby deciding whether or not the neutral point voltage is normal. A cathode is electrically connected to a monitor circuit of the diode. A anode is electrically connected to a monitoring circuit of the diode. The diode secludes the voltage from the monitoring circuit to the neutral point of the steering motor.
