PURPOSE: An oil removing scoop is provided to remove oil by closing an inclined valve after discharging only soup in a scoop with pushing the inclined valve. CONSTITUTION: An oil removing scoop(1) comprises an ejection port(4) and an inclined valve(2). The inclined valve is installed in the ejection port, and opened and closed. The ejection port is exposed to beef soup in a pot. If a user scoops up oil, the inclined valve is opened and only soup is discharged through the ejection port, thereby residual oil is collected in the scoop. |
