PURPOSE: Underwear for women including a menstrual pad combining unit having reduced thickness is provided to disperse a sewing line of the menstrual pad combining unit for preventing the sewing line from showing. CONSTITUTION: Underwear for women including a menstrual pad combining unit having reduced thickness comprises the following: a pattern formed on an outer cloth of a main body after overlapping the outer cloth with a moisture absorption member on an inner cloth and sewing the outer cloth and the inner cloth together; a menstrual pad sewing line formed on the pubic bone area of a user; and a sewed surface contacting the skin of the user, surrounding the sewing line toward the genital organs direction(102,103). Embroideries form the pattern on the outer cloth. |
