PURPOSE: A photodetector is provided to detect a photon having a specific energy level by detecting a current of a specific level by using coupling with surface plasmon resonance. CONSTITUTION: A first doped layer(120) is formed on a substrate(110). A quantum structure(130) is formed on the first doped layer. The quantum structure comprises a first barrier(132), a second barrier(136), and a well layer(134). A second doped layer(140) is formed on the second barrier. A first electrode(160) is formed on the first doped layer. A second electrode(170) is formed on the second doped layer. |
