PURPOSE: A precision image drawing system of a ground image based on high-precision aviation photographing is provided to control the operation of a camera by dually sensing the movement of a bar. CONSTITUTION: A photographing apparatus(100) calculates a current location. The photographing apparatus confirms the current position and posture of an aircraft. The photographing apparatus takes a photograph of the ground. The capturing apparatus interlocks an aviation photographing image with a coordinate. The photographing apparatus controls the operation of a camera(130). A drawing apparatus(200) receives the aviation photographing image in real time. The drawing apparatus links drawing images of the aviation photographing image.
