PURPOSE: A resin film drying apparatus is provided to improve the efficiency of drying a resin layer by using infrared ray reflected off a reflector. CONSTITUTION: A resin film drying apparatus comprises a lamp heater part(22), a first reflector(23), and a transfer part. The first reflector is installed separate from the lamp heater part and reflects light emitted from the lamp heater part. The transfer part transfers a resin film(21) to the inside of a drying chamber, especially to a position opposite to the first reflector with respect to the lamp heater part.
