PURPOSE: A water supplying device is provided to easily supply nutrient to seed or tree capable of increasing portability or mobility and to directly supply liquid ratio and dissolved oxygen to the soil. CONSTITUTION: A water supplying device includes a body(10), a driving shaft(30), and a drill shaft(50). An inlet port(11) is formed in one side of the body. The driving shaft is penetrated into the body. The drill shaft is inserted into the soil which is connected to the driving shaft. A vent(52) is penetrated through the flow path. A vibrating device operates the driving shaft which is connected to the opposite side of the driving shaft.
