PURPOSE: A combined offshore generating device is provided to prevent damage to an impeller against strong wind by controlling the direction of wind blowing toward the impeller. CONSTITUTION: A combined offshore generating device comprises a floating member(10), an anchor(20), an upper frame(30), a lower frame, a wind power generating unit(50), a wind direction control unit(80), and an ocean current power generating unit. The wind power generating unit is installed on a first rotation rail(33) and a second rotation rail and comprises a plurality of first impellers to rotate with wind and generate electricity. The wind direction control unit controls the direction of wind blowing toward the first impellers in order to prevent damage to the first impellers. The ocean current power generating unit is installed on a third rotation rail and comprises a plurality of second impellers to rotate with ocean current and generate electricity. |
