摘要 1498119 Vegetable extracts SOC DES PRODUITS NESTLE SA 31 Oct 1975 [17 Dec 1974] 45238/75 Heading A2B Vegetable extracts which dissolve instantaneously in water e.g. coffee, chicory, tea and herbel decoctions have a density of 50-300 gm/litre and have a porous continuous structure and a smooth surface. The grains may be 1 to 15mm. in diameter and have a crushing strength of 2.5 to 7.5 Newtons. The moisture content may be up to 6% and the extract may be capable of absorbing up to 20% by weight of fats. The extracts may be made by extruding under pressure of 1-10 bars in powder or paste form into a subatmospheric pressure of 0.01-0.3 bars and cutting into fragments (the paste containing up to 10% water), at 60-125‹C. The herbal decoctions may be mint, lime blossom, vervain or camomile. Reference is made to Specification 1498120.
