PURPOSE: A memory system and an operation method are provided to execute a CAM(Content Addressed Memory) read operation of a memory device in case it needs the CAM read operation of the memory device according to the variation of a state. CONSTITUTION: A memory device(200) performs the input/output operation of data according to a parameter in a first register. A memory controller(100) includes a second register for storing the parameter of the memory device. The memory controller compares a parameter of the second register with a parameter of the first register. The memory controller determines the CAM read operation of the memory device. |
