PURPOSE: A system and a method for manufacturing solid fuel using livestock excrements are provided to utilize livestock excrements as alternative energy for farmhouses requiring expensive energy such as horticultural farms. CONSTITUTION: A system for manufacturing solid fuel using livestock excrements includes a storing part, a fermenting part, a classifying part, a transferring conveyor, a shaping part, a drying part, and a packaging part. The storing part stores livestock excrements for 20 days and automatically turns the livestock excrements upside down(S310). The fermenting part ferments the livestock excrements for a constant period of time(S320). The classifying part classifies impurities from the fermented products(S330). The transferring conveyor transfers the classified products to the shaping part. The shaping part stirs the classified products and shapes the stirred products. The drying part dries the shaped products(S350). |
