CONSTITUTION: A mounting device(1) comprises the following units. An anisotropic conductive film(23) is interposed between substrates or panels so that mounting components are mounted on the substrates or the panels. A heating and pressurizing head has a heat blocking unit(5). The heat blocking unit is formed on a side adjacent to other components.
