PURPOSE: An overload protective device of an electric winch is provided to protect parts of an electric winch by automatically cutting off the power of the electric winch in the event of overload. CONSTITUTION: An overload protective device of an electric winch comprises a power cutoff unit(200) which is installed using a wire rope located adjacent to an anchor bold or a wire rope fixing device. The anchor bold fastens a winch support(110) of a winch body(100) to a bottom plate(120). The power cutoff unit includes a limit switch which automatically cuts off the power of the winch body using stress generated when the winch body is overloaded.
