<p>The method involves providing tool cover (3) with a three-dimensional surface contour which corresponds to the negative contour of to-be-manufactured portion. The tool cover has metal sheet made from iron-nickel material without machining process. The sheet is first hot transformed and formed into its final shape with the desired surface contour by cold forming. The heating of the sheet before the hot forming process to temperature of 700-1200 [deg] C is performed, and the sheet is protected from the cold forming process at temperature of 10-600 [deg] C.</p> |
