PURPOSE: A condenser microphone assembly and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the distortion of sound because of wind since a mesh net is overlapped with non-woven fabric. CONSTITUTION: An FET(2) changes the variations of potential according to the change of the electrostatic capacity into electric signals. An extrudate(3) forms a space for accepting components. A plurality of through-holes(4a) is formed on a back plate(4). A spacer(5) forms a space for vibration between the back plate and the vibration plate. A vibration plate(6) is vibrated by the sound wave. A connection ring(10) conducts a polar ring(7), the gate of the FET, and a back plate. A sound wave inlet(9) is punched in a case(8). A mesh net(11) blocks noise generated by wind. A non-woven fabric(14) prevents the penetration of foreign materials including dust and moisture. |
