PURPOSE: A photo sensor and a manufacturing method thereof and a display device are provided to easily improve light sensing properties by easily controlling brightness of visible rays emitted from an organic light-emitting device according to illumination of external light. CONSTITUTION: A right receiving part(111) containing amorphous semiconductor materials is formed on a substrate(101). A first abutment(112) and a second abutment(113) are formed into the one body with the right receiving part. A photo sensor first electrode(118) is electrically connected to the first abutment. A photo sensor second electrode(119) is electrically connected to the second abutment. At least one of the first abutment and the second abutment contains the amorphous semiconductor materials.
