<p>PURPOSE: A glass melting furnace is provided to optimize glass dissolution by uniformly distributing heat energy. CONSTITUTION: A glass melting furnace(10) comprises a crucible(19) which waste glass and glass frit are put into, refractory brick layer which surrounds crucible, heat-insulating brick layers(15) which surrounds the refractory brick layer and blocks heat vent, floating bricks(18) which are arranged in more than 1 layer in constant interval to support the furnace, ceramic rod heaters(16) which are horizontally arranged between the floating bricks at the bottom of the crucible, heater-extending bricks(17) which are arranged in constant interval in order to protrude the ceramic rod heaters outside.</p> |
