PURPOSE: An inlay sheet, a manufacturing method thereof, and an antenna are provided to arrange a waveguide on a side surface of a light emitting device, thereby minimizing the thickness of the inlay sheet. CONSTITUTION: A base sheet comprises a light guide plate for dispersing light and a lamination sheet which is arranged on upper and lower surfaces of the light guide plate. A printed circuit board(340) is inserted into a base hole which is formed on the base sheet. An electronic component(310) comprises a light emitting device inserted into a long hole which is formed on the printed circuit board. The light guide plate disperses light of the light emitting device by being arranged on a side surface of the light emitting device.
